The Williamsburg-James City County School Board is committed to maintaining an educational environment and workplace that is free from sexual harassment against students, employees, or others in its education program or activity.
Any student or school personnel who believes he or she has been the victim of sexual harassment prohibited by law or by this policy by a student, school personnel or a third party should report the alleged harassment to any school personnel or to the Title IX Coordinator.
