School Sites

Each preschool site has a different procedure for student pick up and drop off.  Your teacher will go over this information with you at the Open House or classroom visit.  If your child arrives to school late, they will be marked tardy.  If you need to pick up your child for early dismissal (before the end of the school day), please inform your child’s teacher, sign your child out at the school office and follow pick up procedures.

Early Release Dismissal: 10:30 a.m.
(for pick up at the school, please arrive at 10:20 a.m.)

Clara Byrd Baker, D.J. Montague, and Norge

Early Release Dismissal: 11:45 a.m.
(for pick up at the school, please arrive at 11:35 a.m.)

In the event there is snow or severe weather an automated phone call from WJCC Public Schools will be sent out with information regarding the school schedule for the day.

• If school is delayed for one hour, Bright Beginnings classes will be held and will follow the delayed schedule.
• If school is delayed for two hours or more, Bright Beginnings classes will be cancelled for that day
