Child Nutrition Services managers and staff and local chefs partnered to create new recipes for our student customers. In a made-for-TV style cook off, the teams invented tasty, nutritious, affordable, easy to prepare, and kid friendly entrees. The winning dish was Fajita Chicken with Barbeque Vinaigrette and Tomato Relish served over TexMex Rice. Look for these new dishes on the menu at your school.
