Berkeley and Hornsby Students Recognized in Nationwide Spelling and Vocabulary Competition

Congratulations to Peter Radovich for winning a nationwide German spelling and vocabulary competition. Radovich was competing against 555 other German students – both middle school and high school students.  He started working towards this competition last December – memorizing the meaning and spelling of right at 1000 words!   When the competition opened on Thursday, he burned through all 50 rounds of the competition in just 2.5 hours – He literally set a record for winning the fastest ever.
