Williamsburg-James City County Schools offers a secure and convenient process for requesting student records. Click the link below to access the new Online Student Records Request Form, complete the required fields, enter payment, and we will begin processing your request. Upon submission of the request, you will receive a confirmation that the request is being processed. Our Records Office will retrieve and mail the record(s) to the address(es) designated on the form. Once the record is mailed, your payment will be processed and you will be sent a confirmation email and receipt.
