Internship – Grade 11 & 12
Description
The Internship experience is a structured and supervised work experience that enables the student to practice and develop career-related skills in a particular industry or occupation related to the student’s career interests, abilities, and goals. Students must complete an application and interview to participate. Internships can be paid or unpaid and span a semester or school-year. Students must work a minimum of 280 hours to earn 1 credit. The Internship is a Pass/Fail course and is not factored into the student’s cumulative grade-point average.
