Math Acceleration Test Format:
The end-of-course math assessment contains 50 free-response (not multiple-choice) assessment questions.
Students earn one point for each correct answer and one point for each question that the student writes appropriate work.
Students, who earn 85 points, accelerate through their current course and take the next course in the sequence.
If students earn between 70 - 84 points, the Math Coordinator will review the student’s work to determine if accelerating would be appropriate.
