The foundation of Elevate ’28

In 2017, WJCC Schools launched its strategic plan, Elevate Beyond Excellence. The plan was built following a robust process reviewing performance data; instructional, strategic, and operational processes; policies; audit reports; stakeholder survey data; and focus group reflection.

Following an extension of the plan because of the pandemic, and ongoing uncertainty surrounding the City and County discussions around joint operation of the school system, Elevate ‘28 serves as a realigned and updated bridge plan to bring WJCC Schools from its current state to its ideal state.
