There will be a brief meeting for ALL those interested in running for class office immediately after school on Thursday in the cafeteria.

The Foreign Film Club’s last meeting of the year is this Wednesday, June 1st.  Please meet us in Room 220 after school to conclude the year with a fun french film!

Jamestown’s Environmental Science Competition Team Wins 2nd Place in Virginia

The Jamestown High School Envirothon Team, following their first place victory on April 5th, just won second place out of approximately 230 teams in the commonwealth of Virginia.  Our team, of mostly new members, is sponsored by the Colonial Soil and Water Conservation District. This team beat Northern Virginia’s Thomas Jefferson Governor’s School along with more than 215 other Envirothon teams in Virginia, in securing this honor. This State Envirothon Competition took place at Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg, VA on May 15 and 16, 2016.
