Junior/Senior Prom 2018 “Golden Gala” Tickets will go on sale the week of April 23rd. Cost is $35.00 per ticket.  Date request forms for non-Jamestown students are available in the main office and completed forms are due by April 26th! All school debts MUST be paid prior to purchasing a ticket. Location: Great Wolf Lodge, Saturday April 28th, 8:00pm-11:00pm

Attention Students.  The Heritage Humane Society need your help.  Please bring unopened cans or bags of dog and cat food to your 1st block class for donation. The 1st block class that brings in the most pet food will receive Chick-fil-a breakfast goodies.  Hurry, the deadline is Friday, April 13th.

Abby Polansky honored as one of 8 district finalists

Abigail Polansky was honored as one of 8 district finalists in the “Take Action Against Distraction” License Plate Design Contest. Special thanks to Senator Mason, Delegate Pogge,  Georjeane Blumling of AAA Tidewater, and Virginia DMV Commissioner for attending and recognizing Abby’s efforts.

Fact:  The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society is the world’s largest voluntary health agency dedicated to blood cancer.  Their goal is to cure blood cancer, lymphoma, Hodgin’s disease, and improve the quality of life for patients and their families.

This week our FBLA students (Future Business Leaders of America) are raising funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.  During lunches, we are having a grade level competition.  The grade that donates the most money by Friday will earn a special prize.  Please donate your spare change as we collect “Pennies for Patients”. Fact:  Every 9 minutes someone dies from a blood cancer.
