Senior Wins Best Delegate Award at WMNSHMUN

Congratulations to Jamestown senior Susanna Maize, for winning the highest Model UN award of Best Delegate.  Susanna represented Hugo Barrionuevo in the Argentine Cabinet of 1983.  Sophomores Zoe Averett and Jenny Park also received verbal commendations for their work in the World Trade Organization representing Saudi Arabia.

JHS Model UN Team Attends William & Mary Conference

Twenty six members of the Jamestown Model UN Team participated in a three day conference hosted by the College of William and Mary.  Over 1300 students attended from across the country.  JHS students represented the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Mexico and covered topics ranging from demilitarization of the Arctic to antibiotic resistance.
