Congratulations to the winners of Friday’s class elections.  The 2018-2019 Junior Class President is Sorenna Jean, the Junior Class Treasurer is Haley Flint, and the Junior Class Secretary is Sarah Jones.

The 2018-2019 Sophomore Class President in Jackie Mahle, the Vice President is Clare Allburn, the Treasurer is Harris Agnew and  the Secretary position will be shared by Madigan Lounsberry and Kelly Zhao.

Students who are signed up to take AP English Literature—if you have not picked up your summer work,
please see Ms. Glennon in Room 208 or Mrs. Reiley in 218 before school, between classes, or after school. DO NOT INTERRUPT CLASSES TO RETRIEVE THIS WORK. If you are no longer planning to take the class, please take care of this in guidance NOW.

The FBLA will be selling Chick-fil-A chicken biscuits for $3 in the school store between exams on Monday and Tuesday, June 11th and 12th.  You may preorder your biscuit in the school store all this week, Monday through Friday.  You will receive a voucher that you can exchange for a chicken biscuit on Monday or Tuesday.  Don’t wait for exam day, when we might run out.  Order yours today.

All Jamestown students are invited to a Pizza and Ice Social for Cross Country on Monday, June 4th from 2:30 to 5:45!  Eat Pizza, Ice Cream, watch the Long Green Line and McFarland and learn about Cross Country!  Questions see Coach Tompkins. Immediately following at 6PM are high school sports physicals at Jamestown!

Please Congratulate the Boys and Girls Track and Field Teams for 2nd places finishes at our Regional Championship.  Jamestown has 24 athletes advancing to the State meet!

Interested in running for SCA or Class Officer?  Packets will be available today.

Senior Class Picnic: Friday, June 1, from 10-2PM.  Leave JHS at 10am  for Upper County Park.  Join us for lunch, swimming, basketball and volleyball.  Bring your swim suit and appetite.

Jamestown’s Fine Arts night is today,  May 31, from 6-8 pm.   Enjoy artwork created by our talented students and listen to music from our award winning band, choir and orchestra.  Bring a friend or bring the whole family.
