It’s that time of year again! Jamestown Theatre Department and Operation Smile are teaming up to host the Night of One Acts on October 22 at 7:00 PM. Come to see all three high schools perform their competition plays. Tickets are $5 at the door, so some help support beautiful smiles.
There will be a Key Club meeting Tuesday, October 21st in the cafeteria at 2:30 pm. All applications are due by October 31st.

Attention all seniors: The National English Honor Society is hosting an after school peer tutoring workshop on Thursday, October 16 and Wednesday, October 22, focusing on reviewing college essays. Representative from the William and Mary writing lab will be there to assist on Thursday. We will meet in room 212.
Students…just a reminder. Please drive slowly and safely especially at dismissal. Be courteous to other student drivers and be mindful that back by the tennis courts you need to allow for alternate merges for exiting; taking turns and being courteous to fellow students will allow for a safe and expedited departure for everyone.
10th graders–you will be taking the PSAT test on Wednesday, Oct. 15 during an extended 1st block. Your teachers will inform you of your test location by Tuesday. Please bring a pencil and calculator to the test. Also go over the practice test that was given to you last week in the prep booklet.
11th graders that have registered to take the PSAT test will test in the cafeteria. You are also reminded to bring a pencil and a calculator to the test. You will also be qualifying for the National Merit Program by taking this test. Good luck to all. All other students will remain in 1st block during the test.
