WJCC STANDARD DIPLOMA: Effective with first-time ninth graders in 2011-2012 and beyond
To graduate from high school in WJCC and to receive a Standard Diploma, a student will be required to complete 28 credits with 6 verified credits, grades 9-12. Those students who meet the state requirements will be eligible to receive the appropriate State Board of Education Seal on the diploma.

Effective with first time ninth graders in 2013-14 and beyond:
- A student must successfully complete one virtual course, which may be non-credit bearing, to graduate with a Standard or Advanced Studies Diploma.
- A student must earn a career and technical education credential that has been approved by the Virginia Board of Education to graduate with a Standard Diploma.
