The flu is making the rounds at LHS:

Some common symptoms include fever, cough, and body aches. Most people may be able to infect others beginning 1 day before symptoms develop and up to 5 to 7 days after becoming sick. The nurse recommends that you stay home from school if you have a fever of over 100 degrees, and return 24 hours after being fever free. The best way to prevent transmission of the flu is by: getting a flu shot, frequent hand washing and staying home if you are ill.
