Activate Lightspeed Account, Gain Insight Into Student Digital Activity

Families play a critical role in their child’s education, balancing their safety, academic progress, and healthy technology use. Lightspeed Parent Portal provides the transparency and tools families need to be a collaborative partner with their child’s school–staying connected, promoting responsible technology use, and supporting student success every step of the way.

Activate your account to monitor your child’s internet activity and manage device parameters after school hours:

1. Navigate to https://williamsburg-james-city.portal.relay.school and click on Create account.
2. Enter your information, using the email address on file in ParentVUE. Click Create your account.
3. Check your email for verification. Click Verify Email.
4. Return to Lightspeed Parent Portal and log in.
