“I could not be more thankful for this opportunity,” said Kelly Grace Anthony, a 2023 graduate of Lafayette High School, thinking of her new full-time job with Liebherr USA Co. as a welder.

“Welding is the best thing that has ever happened in my life,” said Kelly Grace, who has always loved working outside and with her hands.  At New Horizons, she took a year of welding classes and came away more than hot skills. She has the confidence that landed her a full-time job and stability in a career directly out of high school.
