Wednesday afternoon, the Virginia Departments of Health and Education highly recommended that all PreK-5  students and staff (regardless of vaccination status) wear face coverings next school year inside buildings and on school buses. At middle and high schools, masks are strongly recommended for any student or staff member who is not vaccinated. In all cases, masks may be removed when people are outdoors provided that social distancing measures are in place.

WJCC Schools just received this new guidance from the Virginia Departments of Health and Education. School division staff will review the detailed recommendations and will share more information with families as soon as possible.
