We asked senior class leaders what is most important to their classmates for graduation, and the answer was clear: they want to be together. To host the entire Class of 2021 and family members and friends, WJCC Schools is moving the ceremony outside to Wanner Stadium June 18-19. Students should plan to arrive at the stadium one hour before the ceremony. Following check-in, they will line up in their caps and gowns for a formal procession down the field, where they will be seated for the ceremony. Families on both sides of the stadium will have an excellent view of the stage located in the end zone. Ceremonies will include student speeches, recorded musical performances, and the awarding of diplomas as each student is called by name to walk across the stage. Professional photos taken of each graduate will be available for purchase. We will post candid pictures on the school division’s Facebook page.
