This school year, the Department of Technology has given out more than 10,085 laptops and tablets to students to support remote learning. Your partnership and preparedness made the drive-thru distribution days run smoothly and efficiently.

We know that from time-to-time you may have an issue with your school division-issued device. When that happens, the incredible WJCC Schools technology team will be ready to help.

Parents/guardians are asked to call the WJCC TechConnect line at 259-7192 and leave a message with your contact information and description of your issue. A representative will call you back to diagnose the problem. Most issues can be resolved over the phone. For those needing in-person assistance, a ticket number and appointment at one of two locations will be provided.

Please note that due to COVID-related restrictions, in-person support will be by appointment only.
