WJCC Schools invites community members to make a difference in the lives of elementary students by participating in a literacy skills training session.
This training will prepare volunteers to support young readers in classroom settings, helping students build strong, confident reading and writing skills.
Participants will receive direct instruction from the WJCC Literacy Team and engage in hands-on practice to learn effective strategies for supporting literacy development. The training will focus on helping students apply word recognition skills to read and write fluently, laying a strong foundation for academic success.
