Purpose
The Family Academy is a division-wide initiative designed to promote engagement by offering families information and resources that support student development and achievement. This initiative seeks to provide strategies that help families become stronger advocates in their child’s education and build successful partnerships with schools.
Family Academies offer families an opportunity to rotate through three 35-minute workshops centered on a specific topic.

Family Toolkit
The importance of partnership between home and school is critical as we navigate student learning during COVID-19. During remote learning, families have become an even greater primary resource for their child’s educational experience and are expected to utilize new strategies to support students. We recognize the challenges of our circumstances and hope these resources will be useful.  Â
