Donate Supplies
Personal donations are accepted on weekdays at the WJCC Schools Central Office, 117 Ironbound Road, Williamsburg, VA 23185. Please contact TeacherSupply@wjccschools.org to arrange delivery of bulk donations.
Host a Supply Drive
The Teacher Supply Shop is a collective initiative between WJCC Schools and the community. We welcome community supporters and partners to host a supply drive on behalf of the Teacher Supply Shop. Contact us if you or your organization are interested in partnering in the community to host a drive.
Become a Volunteer
Volunteers are critical to the success of the Teacher Supply Shop. Opportunities are available for individuals and organizations to volunteer their time to help package teacher requests, restock shelves, and inventory items. Volunteers will work in one-to-four-hour shifts. Packing takes place on Thursdays from 9 a.m. until the orders are fulfilled and prepared for delivery.
Interested volunteers are invited to submit the a Volunteer Interest Form and select “Teacher Supply Shop” to register.

Checks should be made payable to WJCC Schools Foundation indicating the “Teacher Supply Shop” in the Memo and may be mailed or delivered to:

Note: Cash donations will only be accepted at community supply drives and must be receipted for accountability purposes.
Frequently Asked Questions
All items donated will be inventoried and stocked in the store. Teachers across the entire school division can access store inventory. Teacher or school specific donations should be individually arranged.

The Teacher Supply Shop accepts donations on an ongoing basis. We also host one to two community supply drives annually.
Currently, we are only accepting new merchandise for donations to stock the shelves.
For donations over $100, letters of thanks with a general description of the donation are mailed and may be used for tax purposes.
Checks made out to WJCC Schools Foundation indicating the “Teacher Supply Shop” in the Memo may be mailed or delivered to the division’s School Board & Central Office at 117 Ironbound Road, Williamsburg, VA 23185 (Attention: WJCC Schools Foundation). Credit card donations are accepted via Zeffy with no additional fees. Cash donations are only accepted at in-person events and community supply drives.
