Fourth grade was treated to a fantastic show by Darci Tucker from Colonial Williamsburg, who help showcase life during the Revolutionary War. Darci portrayed three different women during her presentation.  The picture shows her representation of Deborah Sampson, who disguised herself as a man in order to fight.  She also talked with students after the presentation about how to create a character from history. Thank you to Darci and Colonial Williamsburg for making our social studies unit on the Revolutionary War come to life. A special thank you to our Stonehouse PTA for paying for our fourth graders to have this opportunity.
