Frequently Asked Questions

Having Trouble Accessing Your OneDrive, Teams or SharePoint files?WJCC Schools2020-11-23T10:19:58-05:00

As students continue to learn remotely, access to products such as OneDrive can reach their access limits. When that happens, Microsoft “throttles” (slows down) access to its affected systems until the level of activity decreases. Unfortunately, the school division does not have any control over Microsoft’s actions. The WJCC Schools department of technology team is aware of this issue and is looking for options to lessen the impact on remote teaching and learning. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by Microsoft’s business practices.
