· This Wednesday, after school in Room 1110, there will be an American Sign Language Club interest meeting for the 2019-2020 school year. Please attend if you are interested in being an officer or a member of the club. Elections will be held the following Wednesday, May 29.

· Seniors! Balfour will be at Warhill to distribute graduation regalia during lunch blocks today. If you do not pick up items today, you will have to wait until the graduation rehearsal date, on June 13th, to pick up graduation regalia.

· Seniors: Graduation tickets will be distributed this week, May 20 thru 24, during lunches in the student center. You may pick up graduation tickets at this time (only). If you do not pick up tickets this week you will have to wait until June 3rd to pick up tickets.

No AEP Monday (5/20/19) through Friday (5/31/19)

No AEP Block: Classes Begin at 7:20

No AEP Block: Classes Begin at 7:20 am

During SOL testing (May 20 – May 31), there will be no AEP block, and classes will begin at 7:20 am for all students. If a student needs academic assistance in a class other than the First Block class, they should pre-arrange the help session, obtain a pass from the non-First Block teacher, and travel to the class of need during the scheduled time.

During the week of June 3rd through June 7th, AEP will occur after the conclusion of Fourth Block. For the week, the Warhill Bell schedule will be as follows:

1st block – 7:20 to 8:45am
2nd block – 8:50 to 10:15am
3rd block – 10:20 to 12:20pm
1st lunch 10:20 — 10:50 am (votech and gov school classes would have to have first lunch this week)
2nd lunch 11:00 — 11:30 am
3rd lunch 11:50 – 12:20 pm
4th block – 12:25 to 1:45pm
AEP – 1:50 – 2:20pm

**4th block AEP will meet on Mondays and Fridays**

This Wednesday, Warhill’s boys will celebrate Senior Night as we host New Kent High School. Please come out and support our Lions.

· Attention students! Consider how fortunate you are to not have to walk 3 miles one way to school like your grandparents did back in the day. Join in with Warhill’s National Honor Society and their community service initiative by recognizing our school bus drivers by donating supplies to honor their dedication to get YOU to and from school, field trips, and extra- curricular activities safely every day. Bring Clorox wipes, tissues, paper towels, hand sanitizer, and snacks [peanut butter crackers or fruit snacks] to your 2nd block teacher through Friday May 10th. The 2nd block class that collects the most supplies will win a prize!
